I am writing to recommend that the National Award for Innovation and Excellance in Teaching Professionalism be given to Prof. Rebecca Morgan from Stetson University Law School for her legal ethics videos.

I have seen them on multiple occassions and am convinced that they are the best legal ethics program that I have seen in my 30 years of practice. Last year she presented them at a Virginia Continuing Legal Education seminar for me and we got very good reviews. Frankly the technique makes the subject practical and interesting and thereby increases the educational value. The videos present realistic and common ethical delemas that are confronted by attorneys and open the door for a frank and interactive discussion of the issues.

I would be happy to dicuss this recommendation further if you are interested.
